Preview for Alfredo — open this: 8 things we need from you

Alfredo — this is a working draft, not the finished site. Everything on this page came from your business card and your Google listing, so anything wrong here is wrong because we guessed. Go through it and tell us what to fix, then send us these:

  1. Your CSLB license number. California law requires it on every ad, websites included. This has to be on the page before it goes to a real address. If you're not licensed, say so — the page changes.
  2. Job photos. Six or more of your best finished work — kitchens, roofs, decks, tile. This is the single biggest thing missing. Phone photos are fine.
  3. Your logo file, if you still have the original artwork. The house mark up top is our redraw of your business card.
  4. Confirm your phone and email. We used (916) 910-5038 and Alfredoarriagat@gmail.com everywhere.
  5. Pick one business name. Your card says A1 Remodel, Google says "A1 Handyman Solano County," Yelp says "A1 Remodeling." Three names splits your search results three ways.
  6. Claim your Google profile at google.com/business. You can't reply to your 27 reviews until it's verified — that's why the reply button isn't there.
  7. Sign up at web3forms.com with your Gmail and send us the key it emails you. That's what makes the estimate form actually land in your inbox.
  8. What's missing? Services we left out, cities you don't cover, hours, anything you'd say to a customer that isn't on here.

Also worth knowing: the star rating and review count are pulled live from your real Google listing — we didn't write any fake reviews, and we won't. The estimate form is styled but not connected yet, so it'll tell people to call you instead of failing silently.

What we do

Whole projects, single trades, and the jobs nobody else will take

Most of our work starts as one repair and turns into a list. That's fine — we're set up for it. Here's the range.

Remodeling

Kitchens, bathrooms, room conversions and full interior refreshes — demo through final trim.

Roofing

Repairs, re-roofs, leak tracing, flashing and dry rot at the eaves before it reaches the framing.

Drywall

Hang, tape, texture and paint-ready finish. Patches matched so you can't find the seam.

Electrical

Outlets, fixtures, fans, recessed lighting, panel and circuit work for remodels and upgrades.

Flooring

LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile and subfloor repair — leveled first so it stays flat.

Painting

Interior and exterior. Prep, caulk and prime done properly, because that's what makes it last.

Fencing

Wood, vinyl and chain link. New runs, storm damage, gates that swing true and latch.

Decks & Patios

New builds, board replacement, railings, stairs and covers built for real Valley sun.

Gutter Installs

New gutters, downspouts, guards and re-pitching so water leaves the foundation alone.

Tile Work

Showers, backsplashes, floors and entries. Waterproofed correctly under every square foot.

Home Upgrades

Doors, windows, trim, closets, water heaters, accessibility work and the odd jobs in between.

Not on the list?

Ask anyway. If it's not something we take on, we'll tell you straight and point you to someone who does.

Where we work

Based in Solano County. Working the whole corridor.

Suisun City sits in the middle of everything — which is why we can be in Sacramento in the morning and Santa Rosa in the afternoon. If you're somewhere between those two, we'll come look at it.

The record

Twenty-seven reviews. A straight five stars.

That number isn't a badge we bought or a widget that averages something else in. It's the live rating on this business's Google listing, and you can go read every one of the reviews yourself.

A 5.0 with that many reviews is unusual in this trade. It's also the whole reason most of our work arrives by referral rather than advertising.

Worked with us before? A review takes ninety seconds and it's the single most useful thing you can do for a small crew like ours.

A1 Remodel is Alfredo Arriaga's company, run out of Suisun City. When you call, you get the owner — not a call center, not a salesman on commission, not a project manager who has never held the tools.

The reason the service list runs long is simple: homes don't fail one trade at a time. A leak becomes drywall, drywall becomes paint, and the deck out back has been on the list for two years. Being able to carry all of that means one crew, one schedule, and one person answering for the result instead of three contractors blaming each other.

Every estimate is free and written down before anything starts, so you know the number and the scope up front. If something changes mid-job, you hear it from Alfredo the day it comes up — not on the final invoice.

  1. STEP 01

    Tell us what's going on

Call, or send the form below with a couple of photos' worth of description. Most people hear back the same day.

  2. STEP 02

    We come look at it

Alfredo walks the job, asks the questions that change the price, and leaves you a written estimate. No charge, no pressure.

  3. STEP 03

    We build it

Scheduled dates, a clean site at the end of each day, and a walkthrough before anybody asks you for the last payment.

Before you call

Straight answers to the five things everybody asks

What does an estimate cost?

Nothing. Alfredo comes out, looks at the job, asks the questions that actually change the price, and leaves you a written number. There is no charge and no obligation to hire us.

How far out will you travel?

We're based in Suisun City, which puts most of Northern California inside a comfortable drive. Regular work runs from Sacramento in the east to Santa Rosa in the west, down through Napa, Vallejo, Benicia and the East Bay. If you're outside that, call anyway — depending on the job it may still make sense.

Can one crew really cover all of these trades?

That's the whole point of how A1 Remodel is set up. A roof leak turns into drywall, drywall turns into paint, and the deck has been on the list for two years. Carrying all of it means one schedule and one person answering for the result, instead of three contractors pointing at each other.

How soon can you start?

Depends on the size of the job and what's already on the calendar — you'll get an honest date, not a stalling answer. Active leaks, roof damage and anything unsafe get moved up the list.

What should I send to get a faster answer?

Photos, every time. Text a few pictures to (916) 910-5038 or email them to Alfredoarriagat@gmail.com with your city and a sentence about what's going on. Most people hear back the same day.
